Like the earth’s geography, terrains and many environments with various seasons, temperatures and weather patterns, I too am filled with so many emotional environments, moods, textures and terrains : happy, sorrow, glad, fear, joy, concern, etc.
We are gardeners. Gardening is hard work. We experience in the dirt, the mystery and magic of life. Dark, wet, worms, germs, decay and from all this, the light and splendid beauty and color of the garden. We are grateful.

This was sent to us by our very dear friend and companion on the journey. We thought it wonderful to share with everyone.
I thought this was so perfect. As a therapist, I sit and listen to the stories of the broken parts and hearts of an individual’s life. I am like a midwife who waits and receives. At first, I hold that which is received. And then, with the one whom I companion, I help craft a mosaic, a beautiful piece of art from bits of broken pieces. At first glance, it might not appear beautiful, but with sunlight the pieces shine, and glow, and transform the broken ordinary into a glimmering shinning extraordinary.

Refuse to fall down.
If you cannot refuse to fall down,
refuse to stay down.
If you cannot refuse to stay down,
lift your heart toward heaven,
and like a hungry beggar,
ask that it be filled,
and it will be filled.
You may be pushed down.
You may be kept from rising.
But no one can keep you
from lifting your heart
It is in the middle of misery
that so much becomes clear.
The one who says nothing good
came of this,
is not yet listening.
~ Clarissa Pinkola Estes
“We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies.”
― Martin Luther King, Jr.
There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible:fear of failure.
“It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to has power over you. End this year giving power to the greatness within and around you.”
These beautiful timeless pieces speak for themselves.
Before you speak,
let your words pass through three gates.
At the first gate, ask yourself:
Is it True?
At the second ask:
Is it necessary?
At the third gate ask:
Is it kind?
“Christian, Jew, Muslim, shaman, Zoroastrian, stone, ground, mountain, river,
each has a secret way of being with the mystery,
unique and not to be judged.”
The minute I heard my first love story
I started looking for you, not knowing
how blind I was.
Lovers don’t finally meet somewhere.
They’re in each other all along.

What was in that candle’s light
that opened and consumed me so quickly?
Come back, my friend! The form of our love
is not a created form.
Nothing can help me but that beauty.
There was a dawn I remember
when my soul heard something
from your soul. I drank water
from your spring and felt
the current take me.
